Compliance-first infrastructure for B2B payments
OneLink Pay is designed for KYB-approved businesses, documented commercial transactions, transaction-level review, and controlled payouts.
Our Compliance Position
NexviaOneLink operates OneLink Pay, a U.S.-based B2B payment platform designed for documented business transactions. OneLink Pay maintains a compliance-first operating model and works with approved payment, wallet, card, and stablecoin infrastructure partners where applicable. Scope of conversion services: KYB-approved business customers may convert their own funds between fiat and supported stablecoins as a settlement step within a documented commercial payment flow. Conversion is executed by regulated financial institutions in our network at a quoted rate on a one-to-one basis. OneLink Pay does not operate an OTC trading desk or brokerage: we do not match buyers and sellers, make markets, quote two-way prices, provide liquidity, take proprietary positions, or hold or take custody of client funds. Conversion is never offered as a standalone trading service.
Our Controls
OneLink Pay enforces a layered set of compliance controls across every stage of the payment lifecycle.
Business KYB
All customers must complete Know Your Business verification, including entity documents, registration status, and operational profile.
UBO Screening
Ultimate Beneficial Owners are identified and screened against sanctions and PEP lists before account approval.
Payer Review
Third-party payers are reviewed for identity, business relationship, and expected transaction profile before funds are released.
Invoice & Contract Review
Payments must be linked to verifiable invoices, contracts, or purchase orders that document the commercial transaction.
Pending Balance Controls
Incoming funds are held in pending status until transaction-level review is completed and compliance checks pass.
Sanctions Screening
All parties are screened against OFAC, UN, EU, and other applicable sanctions lists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
Beneficiary Whitelisting
Payout recipients must be pre-approved and whitelisted before any funds can be disbursed to their accounts or wallets.
Wallet Screening
Blockchain wallet addresses are screened for association with sanctioned entities, mixers, or illicit activity before payouts.
Transaction Monitoring
Ongoing monitoring of transaction patterns, volumes, and counterparties to detect anomalies and suspicious activity.
Manual Review
Flagged transactions undergo manual review by compliance staff before any funds movement is approved.
Audit-Ready Ledger
Every transaction, decision, and status change is recorded in an immutable ledger available for audit and regulatory review.
Controlled Third-Party B2B Payments
OneLink Pay may support third-party B2B payments only when the payment is tied to a documented commercial transaction. Each third-party payment must be associated with a collection request, payer profile, invoice or equivalent document, expected amount, currency, and business purpose.
Funds received from third-party payers remain pending until transaction-level review is completed.
Pending Balance Policy
A deposit event does not automatically create available funds.
Incoming funds may be restricted, returned, or escalated if payer identity, amount, memo, invoice, business purpose, sanctions screening, or risk review cannot be completed.
