01. Information in an inquiry
The inquiry form collects your email, country or region and service needs. Business inquiries also request a company name. Contact name, website and expected volume are optional. Successfully submitted details are recorded with the selected account type, entry page, language preference and submission time, so OneLink can review and follow up. Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity documents or card security details.
02. If a submission does not complete
A confirmed inquiry displays a reference. If the form cannot confirm receipt, you can review and copy your details or choose to open your own email application with those details. Nothing is emailed automatically. Sending the email is your choice, and that correspondence is handled through the email services you and OneLink use.
03. Account and transaction information
Account applications may require identity, contact, address, business, ownership and authorized representative information. Transactions may involve bank or wallet details, amounts, instructions, references and supporting documents. Provide this information in the signed-in application or transaction flow, where the relevant provider notices and authorizations are shown; the public inquiry form is not an account-document upload service.
04. Why information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, maintain account access, support identity and business verification, relay authorized financial instructions, show transaction records, handle support requests and address misuse or security incidents. The information needed depends on the service requested. Product-update preferences are recorded separately from account and transaction communications.
05. Sharing with the relevant providers
Necessary account and transaction details may be shared with the financial institutions and verification providers involved in your requested service. Hosting and support providers also process information needed for their functions. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or valid legal process. OneLink does not sell your personal or business information.
06. Language and updates
The website stores your chosen language in this browser. You can change it using the language control or remove the preference by clearing site data. Receiving product updates is a separate optional choice on the inquiry form; contact us if you want to change that choice.
07. Browser, security and public networks
Website requests include technical information such as an IP address and browser details. Service infrastructure may process these to deliver pages and protect access; the signed-in workspace also uses session information. No online transmission or storage is completely secure. Blockchain addresses and transaction records may be publicly visible, so do not put private information into a public transaction reference.
08. Keeping information and requesting changes
Information may need to be retained to provide the service, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, investigate misuse or resolve disputes. A deletion request may therefore not remove every account or transaction record. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify your authority before handling the request; this page does not promise an automatic deletion date.
09. Privacy questions and changes
Contact privacy@nexviaonelink.com about privacy requests, or support@nexviaonelink.com for help identifying the relevant inquiry or service. Describe what you want to access or correct without sending passwords or authentication codes. Review this page for changes to the website information practices; provider notices in the account flow explain their own processing.
This page explains the current website and service experience. Account and transaction terms are provided in the relevant application or payment flow.
