01. Use the correct account
Use only accounts and business permissions you are authorized to operate. Keep contact, business and recipient information accurate. Do not share passwords or authentication codes, impersonate another customer or attempt to bypass account controls.
02. Use services for their approved purpose
Use only the services enabled for your account and the transaction purposes accepted during your application. For business payments, identify the actual business parties and maintain genuine invoices, contracts or other supporting records where relevant. Do not treat an available form or saved recipient as permission for an unsupported payment type or activity.
03. Lawful transactions and truthful information
Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or illegal goods and services. Do not submit fictitious or inflated invoices, hide beneficial ownership, misstate a payment’s purpose or use another entity to conceal the actual parties. A provider may request information or decline a transaction under its own requirements.
04. Activities outside the published service scope
OneLink’s published use restrictions cover gambling and wagering, adult entertainment, weapons and ammunition, illegal drugs, unlicensed exchange activity and investment or yield schemes. The payment service is not a speculative trading venue. Check your intended business activity before applying; an activity being legal in your location does not by itself make it supported.
05. Do not obscure funds or act beyond your authority
Do not use mixers or other methods to conceal the source, destination or ownership of funds. Do not use your account to run an exchange, payment business or transfer service for unrelated third parties without the required authorization and service approval. Identify the actual payer and beneficiary; do not substitute another person’s identity or account.
06. Share documents in the right place
Use the signed-in workspace to provide requested account or transaction documents. Submit only what is relevant to that request. Website inquiry and demonstration controls are not places to upload identity documents or financial credentials.
07. Reviews and restrictions
Incomplete information, suspected misuse or provider requirements can lead to further questions, delayed processing or restricted access under the applicable service terms. Answer requests accurately and do not attempt to bypass a restriction with a new account or false details. OneLink access controls and a bank’s handling of an account are separate decisions; an access restriction is not proof that funds have been returned.
08. Report unfamiliar activity
If you notice an unfamiliar instruction, contact OneLink support and review your account security settings. Keep transaction references for follow-up, without sharing authentication secrets.
