Getting started
Apply, prepare your documents and find your account.
How do I open a business account?
Start with a business account inquiry on this website. Then follow the formal application instructions provided to you. An inquiry is not a formal account application or an approval.
- Tell us your company, location and account needs, using an email you can access.
- Keep your inquiry reference. Follow the formal application steps provided to submit business and identity information through the specified secure entry.
- After submitting a formal application, check its status and complete any requested follow-up.
Start using the account only after approval and when usable receiving details are available in your workspace.
Ask about a business accountWhat should I prepare before applying?
Have your company registration information, business address, ownership details and an explanation of how you will use the account ready. The application tells you which supporting documents are required.
- Prepare current company records and details of directors and beneficial owners.
- Describe your business, expected payments and source of funds.
- Upload identity or business documents only through the application’s secure upload steps.
Requirements vary by your company, location and requested services. Do not send identity documents through the public contact form.
See the application guideMy application is under review. What should I do?
Open your application status and check whether any action is requested. Submission does not mean the account has been approved.
- Read the latest status and any specific request for information.
- Provide the requested information through the application, keeping names and details consistent.
- If no next step is shown and you need help, contact support with your application reference.
Review time depends on the application. Do not send money before receiving usable account instructions.
Check my applicationShould I choose a business or personal account?
Choose business for company funds and commercial payments. Choose personal for your own approved personal banking needs. They have different application requirements and available services.
A personal account does not automatically include business receiving or payment options. Use only the services approved for that account.
Check eligibilityWhere can I find my account details?
Open Accounts in your workspace, then select the USD account. Use the current account-holder name and bank details shown there.
- Select the account belonging to the correct company or account holder.
- Open its receiving details and check the supported payment method.
- Copy the details exactly; do not reuse instructions from another account or an old screenshot.
Receiving money
Get the right details and follow an incoming payment.
How do I receive a USD bank transfer?
Share the USD receiving instructions from your account. The sender must use the bank transfer method and payment details shown in those instructions.
- Open Receive, select Fiat, and choose USD as the receiving currency.
- Share the account-holder name, bank details and any required payment reference with the sender.
- Ask the sender for their transfer confirmation, then follow the payment in your workspace.
Confirm whether the intended sender is permitted before they transfer. A sender’s confirmation is not proof that your account has been credited.
Get USD receiving detailsCan I receive another currency from a customer?
Check the receiving option first. A currency being listed does not mean it accepts payments from any customer: some options only accept transfers from an account in your own company’s name. Accepted payments settle into USD.
- Choose the currency and read the country, transfer method and permitted-sender requirements.
- For a customer payment, confirm that third-party business payments are expressly allowed.
- Share the exact instructions only after checking those conditions. If unclear, ask support before the sender pays.
How do I receive a stablecoin payment?
Use the current receiving address, exact asset and blockchain network shown in your account. Supported deposits are converted into USD and credited to your USD account.
- Open Receive, select the Stablecoins tab, and choose an available asset and network.
- Copy its address, asset and network together, and check any amount or sender restrictions.
- Ask the sender to verify all three before sending and retain the transaction hash.
- Follow the account credit in your workspace. A blockchain confirmation alone does not confirm USD credit.
If an asset or network is not listed for your account, do not send it. These receiving addresses do not hold a stablecoin balance for later withdrawal.
View my receiving optionsThe sender missed a reference or used incorrect bank details. What now?
Ask the sender to contact their sending bank, and contact OneLink support with the transfer information. Do not ask them to send the money again until the original payment is traced.
- Keep the sending confirmation, amount, currency, date and sender name.
- Explain which detail or reference was missing or incorrect.
- Share the payment reference with support and follow the instructions for tracing or correcting the payment.
A correction, return or recovery is not guaranteed. Do not send additional funds to someone claiming they can unlock the payment.
Get help tracing a paymentStablecoins were sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address. Can I recover them?
Stop any further transfers and contact support with the transaction hash. Recovery may be impossible; sending another transfer does not fix the first one.
- Save the transaction hash, asset, network, amount and destination address.
- Compare them with the receiving instructions originally provided.
- Share those details with support. Never share your private key or recovery phrase.
The sender says they paid, but I cannot see the money. What should I check?
Check the payment record and the account’s latest update first. A payment can still be processing, need information or await confirmation even after the sender has paid.
- Confirm the sender used the correct instructions, currency and permitted sender name.
- Check your incoming activity and any requests for supporting information.
- If you need help locating it, provide support with the amount, currency, date and sending confirmation; for stablecoins, include the transaction hash.
Do not treat a missing or loading record as a confirmed failure, or send another payment to test it.
Check incoming activityMaking a payment
Add a recipient, check a payment and handle changes.
How do I add a recipient?
Open Recipients and enter the person or company you intend to pay. Use the recipient’s own bank or wallet instructions, then choose an available payment method.
- For a bank recipient, enter the legal account-holder name, country, currency and requested bank fields.
- For an enabled wallet payment, verify the exact asset, network and wallet address with the recipient.
- Check the saved details before using the recipient for a payment.
Saving a recipient does not send money or guarantee that every payment method is available.
Manage recipientsHow do I pay a supplier?
Choose a recipient, enter the payment details and review the total cost before authorizing it. Use funds that are available for that payment.
- Open Payments, select the recipient and currency, then continue to enter the amount.
- Enter the business purpose and attach transaction documents if you want to add them or they are requested.
- Review the debit amount, transfer fee, any conversion fee and expected recipient amount.
- Complete the requested verification and any required approval, then follow the payment status.
The recipient needs my company name to appear as the sender. What do I choose?
For a non-USD bank payment, choose the recipient currency first, then select “The recipient requires my company name as the sender”. USD payments do not show this switch; check your company account details and payment information instead.
- Confirm the required sender name with the recipient.
- For a non-USD payment, select the company-name requirement and review the available method and fees.
- For USD, check the sending account-holder name. If the required name or an available payment option is unclear, contact support before paying.
The recipient’s account name and the sender name are different. Check the final sender details on the bank payment record; saving a recipient alone does not guarantee the displayed sender name.
Check payment optionsA payment needs approval or more information. What should I do?
Open the payment and read the requested action. Approval, identity verification and supporting documents are separate steps; a submitted request is not a completed transfer.
- If another authorized person must approve it, ask them to open Approvals in their own account.
- If documents are requested, upload them through the payment or transaction document entry.
- After the action is completed, refresh the payment status rather than submitting a duplicate.
If rejected, read the reason and confirm the next step before creating another payment.
Open approvalsWhat is the difference between pending, failed and completed?
Pending means the final result is not confirmed. Failed means the attempt was reported as unsuccessful. Completed means a completion result was reported; check the payment details for the recipient outcome.
- For pending or an interrupted connection, refresh and check the existing payment. Do not send it again.
- For failed, review the reason and check whether funds were deducted or returned before retrying.
- If the status changes unexpectedly or conflicts with a receipt, contact support with the same payment reference.
Your bank debit and the recipient’s final receipt can occur at different stages.
Check a paymentCan I change or cancel a payment after submitting it?
Contact support as soon as you notice an error. A submitted payment may already be processing, so a change, cancellation or recovery is not guaranteed.
- Before submission, correct the recipient, amount or currency on the review screen.
- After submission, keep the payment reference and describe exactly what is wrong.
- Check the existing payment before sending a replacement.
Conversion & fees
Understand what you pay and what you receive.
How is the conversion fee charged?
The conversion fee is 1%, charged once for the same conversion flow. It is calculated on the principal of the first conversion; internal processing steps do not each add another 1%.
For example, a USD 1,000 conversion principal has a USD 10 conversion fee. A separate transfer fee may apply. Check the transaction’s fee breakdown before confirming.
See the fee guideWhat are the ACH and Wire transfer fees?
The final customer transfer fee is USD 5 per ACH payment and USD 35 per Wire payment. OneLink absorbs any difference in the underlying bank cost instead of adding that same transfer fee again.
If a payment includes conversion, the once-per-flow 1% conversion fee also applies. Review other separately disclosed charges and possible receiving or intermediary bank deductions before confirming.
Review fees before payingIs the displayed exchange rate locked?
A reference or indicative rate is not a locked rate. Review the rate, fees and recipient amount in the actual payment or conversion flow before confirming.
- Choose the amount and currency for your transaction.
- Read the quote’s conditions and validity, if a validity period is shown.
- If the quote changes or expires, review the new amounts before authorizing.
A screenshot or an earlier reference rate is not confirmation of an executable price. A listed quote option does not itself confirm that your account is eligible to use it.
View reference quotesCan I keep stablecoins in OneLink or withdraw them to my wallet?
Retaining a stablecoin balance and withdrawing from that balance are not currently available. Current supported stablecoin receipts convert to USD. Converting USD into a retained internal stablecoin balance is also not available.
Adding an external wallet does not change the destination of these receipts. Use only the payment options actually enabled for your account; a demo balance or demo transfer is not a live asset holding or withdrawal.
Understand stablecoin receivingUsing a card
Request, activate and manage an eligible card.
How do I request a card?
Open Cards to check your account’s eligibility and any missing information. If requesting a card is enabled, complete the delivery and security details there.
- Complete the account requirements shown on the Cards page.
- Confirm applicable card fees with support if the first-card fee quote is not yet available.
- Check the delivery address, provide the required security information and authorize the request.
An accepted request does not mean a card has been issued, delivered or activated. Do not send card security answers through the contact form.
Check my card eligibilityHow do I activate my card or set its PIN?
Follow the instructions supplied with your card. Then refresh the Cards page to check its reported status.
Full card numbers, security codes and PIN setup are not displayed in this workspace. If the instructions are missing or do not work, contact support without sending card security details.
Check card statusCan I spend a stablecoin deposit with my card?
Use the card only after the supported deposit has converted to USD and the funds are available in the linked account. A blockchain transfer does not directly top up the card.
- Follow the incoming payment until USD credit is confirmed.
- Check the account’s spendable funds, card status and spending limits.
- Use the card according to its terms; a pending deposit cannot be treated as spending funds.
My card was declined, lost or used unexpectedly. What should I do?
For a declined purchase, check the card status, funds and limits. For loss or unfamiliar activity, use the available card controls and contact support immediately.
- Open Cards and review the relevant transaction and any pending card instruction.
- If available, pause spending while checking unfamiliar activity. Follow the permanent-block flow if you need to report a lost or stolen card.
- Keep the merchant, date, amount and card’s last four digits for support.
After a control request, refresh to confirm the result. Permanent blocking may trigger replacement and fees; do not repeatedly submit an instruction whose result is unknown.

Restore access, check records or get help.
I cannot sign in or use my authenticator. How do I regain access?
Use Forgot password if the password is the issue. If you cannot complete verification or access your registered email, contact support for the account-recovery process.
- Check that you are using the registered email and the official portal.
- Request a password reset, then choose Enter the code and enter the 6-digit code sent to your registered email. Set and confirm your new password, and complete any further verification requested.
- For a lost authenticator or other verification issue, explain the problem to support without sharing passwords or codes.
Changing a password does not automatically remove a separate verification requirement.
Reset my passwordI see activity I do not recognize. What should I do?
Stop the suspicious interaction and contact support using the official contact page. Do not approve another login, payment or verification request you did not initiate.
- Review recent account and payment activity from the official portal.
- If you still have access and suspect your password is exposed, change it through account security.
- Report the relevant time, reference and what you observed. Never include passwords, one-time codes, private keys or recovery phrases.
Where can I attach an invoice or other transaction documents?
Open the relevant transaction and use its document-upload entry. You can add supporting documents voluntarily; if a review asks for specific information, follow that request.
- Find the payment or receipt in Activity and open its details.
- Choose the transaction-document entry and select the correct invoice, contract or other requested evidence.
- Check that the file belongs to that transaction and confirm the upload result.
Uploading a file does not by itself approve or complete the payment. Avoid unrelated personal information in attachments.
Find a transactionWhere can I find transactions, receipts and statements?
Use Activity for individual payment records and Accounts or Statements for bank account records. Open the relevant item to see the details and any available document.
- Choose the correct account and date range.
- Use the transaction reference to match a payment with an invoice or sending confirmation.
- If an expected record is missing or amounts do not match, contact support with the references and dates.
A payment order, blockchain record and bank statement show different stages. Check the account and status attached to each record.
Open transaction recordsWhat should I include when contacting support?
Describe what you were trying to do, what happened and the reference involved. This helps us locate the right application, payment or account issue.
- For a payment: include its reference, date, currency and amount; add a transaction hash for a blockchain transfer.
- For access or application issues: give a short description and the application or inquiry reference if you have one.
- For a complaint: explain the issue and the outcome you would like us to review.
Use support@nexviaonelink.com. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card details. A website inquiry is saved only when a reference is displayed; if it fails, use the email option or copy the prepared text.
