Who is OneLink for?

OneLink is built for businesses with overseas customers, suppliers or operating expenses. Business and personal applications are separate; availability depends on location, business activity and account approval.

Where is my money held?

Your USD account is provided by our partner bank in your company’s name. OneLink brings the account information and payment tools together; OneLink does not hold your funds.

Can I receive local currencies or stablecoins?

Eligible accounts can receive supported local currencies and stablecoins. These receipts are converted and credited as USD. A supported receiving currency does not create a separate balance in that currency.

What are the main charges?

Currency conversion is charged at 1%, once across the same conversion flow. Customer transfer fees are US$5 for ACH and US$35 for wire. Review the full pricing page for other service charges and possible third-party deductions.

What do I need before applying?

Start with your company registration, business activity and ownership information. The getting-started guide has a checklist. Initial enquiries do not require identity documents; submit those only through the formal application process.
