FROM INTRODUCTION TO AGREEMENT

Get the scope right before you begin.

  1. 01

    Introduce the need

Explain the businesses you serve, their markets and the account or payment problem you want to address.

  2. 02

    Review the fit

Discuss the available services, responsibilities, customer application process and any operational requirements.

  3. 03

    Agree the terms

Any commercial arrangement, data sharing or system access is agreed separately before it begins.

A few useful details for your first message.

An initial enquiry does not need identity documents, account credentials or customer financial records. If customer information is later required, the appropriate process must be agreed first.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few useful answers.

Is there an open referral or reseller program?

No standard referral commission or reseller arrangement is offered on this page. Describe your proposal so any scope and commercial terms can be discussed separately.

Does an introduction approve a customer for an account?

No. Every customer must complete the applicable application and reviews. An introduction does not change account eligibility or transaction requirements.

Can we connect through a public API?

A public customer API is not currently offered. Share your workflow and system requirements so the scope can be discussed; an enquiry does not grant access.
